This was my first time ordering. I have received my first parcel and 1 of the 5 vials were broken. Customer support had no problem answering any questions about payment, within two hours of creating a ticket. However, whenever I wrote about my broken test prop vial, I failed to receive any kind of response.Shipping

One of my 5 vials was broken and had ripped through the outside of the parcel. The broken glass, somehow, did not get picked up by customs.Products
