Bros this stuff is lagit and it works fast. Man i smashed my gf all day everyday n lifted like crazy. I did get bit bloated but its kol. Stregth is off the roof and i got very aggressive. Felt like i wanted to rip someones head off. All and all great gear for good stuff thankz king very happy customer here.
